General	sandwich constructure, routed by CNC and  laminated  with raised molding sticked on
Species	red oak, teak, cherry, walnut, mahogany etc
Size	standard thickness as 40mm, customized size available
INNER FRAMES AND CORE
Skeleton	finger-joint softwood or LVL
Core	wood strips or tubular particle board
Top panel	8mm MDF board, with 0.6mm veneer applied

2. Packaging & Shipping

Internal solid wood door typical packing way

Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door.

All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners.

Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips.

3. Quality control for internal solid wood entry door   

We take full-process quality control for production. Our sales consultants, engineers and QC team will secure your project successful from sketch to sample, and from mass production to final shipping. You just design and sell your doors, and leave the rest to us in confidence.  We will also compensate every piece of unqualified door with free of charge.
