1. Specification of white oak veneer wooden door
  
2. Packing and shipping
For the door without glass ect
 
Wrap each wooden door with EPE foam, which per 25 pcs are put on a pallet with corner protection on 8 corners
Use MDF or plywood to cover the doors on each side and protectors on the edges.
Use packing strips to fix the packing
Fix the pallets and put into container
 
For the glass door
 
Put U-shape protectors on the edges
Wrap the doors by EPE foam
Put a piece of cystosepiment onto the EPE foam and fix with the door by sticky tape
Door will be packed by 4mm carton and taped outside. The carton label will be affixed to the side of the carton
The packed door will be put onto pallet vertically side by side
The pallet will be fixed by plastic strip. And put the pallets into the container placidly

A: We are wooden door factory and have our own trading company registered in Hong Kong.
 
Q: How big is your factory?
A: Our new plant was built at the end of 2011 with workshop space of 20,000m2 in which utilizes advanced automatic interior door production lines.
 
Q: What's your capacity?
A: Our production capacity is 10,000 pieces of wooden doors per month.
 
Q: What's your delivery date?
A: It depends on the purchase quantity. Normally, 30-35 days, for 1 40' GP after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.
 
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 1*20ft container.
 
Q: Can we mix the cargo loading in one 20ft container?
A: Of course, if the total quantity meets our minimum order quantity.
 
Q: What's the term of payment?
A: We prefer T/T 30% deposit, the balance 70% T/T paid before shipping.
 
Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We believe the quality is controlled through the whole process of order. Begin with detailed drawing and quality standard agreed by both party. Our full process inspection is composed of raw material inspection, mid-term inspection, final inspection and sampling inspection. We strongly invite you visit to our factory before the shipment to reach a final inspection.
