General: sanwich constructure, softwood inner skeleton laminated with veneered MDF
Species: white oak, mahogany, cherry, teak etc. available
Size: standard thickness as 40mm, customized size available
Veneer specification
Veneer: 0.6mm veneer quarter / crown cut
Edge band: 0.6mm veneer solid wood edge band available
Inner skeleton & core
Skeleton: finger-joint softwood or LVL
Fill in core: honeycomb paper or tubular particle board
Painting option
Unfinished or painted
Packaging and shipping
Doors wrapped with PE film and pilled on pallet with 25 pieces per pallet for 40mm door.
All sides of pallet will be protected by 3mm plywood with protecting carton at pallet corners
Pallet fastened by plastic packing strips

20GP: 350 -- 385 doors
40GP: 700 -- 770 doors
40HQ: 840 -- 910 doors
